Lupe Fiasco explores the loss of innocence in the video for “Adoration of the Magi” featuring Crystal Torres. In the Alex Nazari-directed clip, a stripper undresses and work the pole, while people from all walks of life, including a priest, nun, and police officer watch her. At the end, the video flashes back to when she was just a little baby.
“Why you ready to die? / You just a baby / Why them tears up under your eyes? / You just a baby / Keep your head up in the sky,” raps Lupe.
The song is the latest release from his album Tetsuo & Youth, which has already spawned videos for “Madonna” and “Deliver.”
