Rihanna is keeping a tight lid on her new album, but she gave her Rihanna Navy a preview of a brand new song on Thursday (March 5). The bad gal took to Instagram to share a snippet of a track called “Higher.”
“This whisky got me feelin’ pretty, so pardon if I’m impolite / I just really need your ass with me,” sings RiRi over the melancholy beat.

“FourFiveSeconds,” Rihanna’s first single featuring Kanye West and Paul McCartney, is currently No. 5 on the Billboard Hot 100.
There’s more new music on the horizon. In addition to “Towards the Sun,” she has contributed a song called “Dancing in the Dark” to DreamWorks’ animated film Home, in which she also stars. You can hear a snippet of the feel-good track in the movie clip below.
